Drawing upon more than 20 years of experience working with the U.S. Olympic Committee and National Governing Bodies, Kae is well versed in the issues and challenges and brings a depth of understanding and insight that her clients say are invaluable.

She is uniquely suited to provide strategic planning, governance, management, and performance management assistance.

Kae held senior positions at the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) for eight years and served as Executive Director of USA Table Tennis for three years. Prior to that, she served as an Indiana Sports Corporation vice president, providing support to Indianapolis-based Olympic sport National Governing Bodies (NGBs).

During her tenure as USOC Senior Director of Grants and Planning, she collaborated with IBM consultants and USOC officials to create and implement a strategic planning initiative to assist NGB representatives in their efforts to achieve ongoing competitive success. This program, dubbed High Performance Planning, continues to evolve and has been credited with enhancing administrative and athletic performance.

As Executive Director of USA Table Tennis, Kae restructured the association and implemented new fiscal policies that resulted in a dramatic financial turnaround from a six-figure fund balance deficit to a sound financial position.
